From her crown to her tail fin, Portia is a lady through and though.  The daughter of Poseidon, she is regally adorned in pearls and tiny gems.  Her red-gold hair is blowing in the breezes, and she is about ready to jump back into the sea to go home.  She can be displayed on a rock as I have here, but she looks great in a clear glass vase with sand and rocks on the bottom.  Great in a bathroom or Florida room!

A royal Merman prince has come ashore to greet us.  He brings greetings from Poseidon.  Adorned only in his scales, each of which is individually cut and placed tenderly upon his tail and lower torso, a princely crown of shells and pearls upon his head.  Surely Caspian  is a treat for any ocean scene.

The dolls are NOT made for children however.  Please visit our Site Map to find out why.  The dolls on this page are made of porcelain clay slip - using commercial molds.  These are not cookie-cutter dolls - each has been tweaked, painted, dressed to be unique and different one from the other so that the result is truly a one-of-a-kind doll.Men are approximately 6" tall and women are from 5" to 5 3/4" inches tall. Their costumes range from high-quality silks and satins to simple linens or cottons. Some have faux or real fur trim. Metallic trims are made of gold or silver - fabric or metal. Some dolls have silver or gold jewelry fired on. All of the dolls are china painted and have spent many hours of firing time in the kiln.  Our home is smoke-free and your doll will arrive to you fresh and clean. 

Custom dolls (to your specifications) start at $150.00.  Just specify the color of eyes, skin, hair, main costume color - and I will create whatever you wish!  Your doll will come to you clean and fresh - as our dolls are created in a smoke-free home!  Note too that some of the photos are mouseover images meaning that when you pass your mouse over the photos, you may reveal a hidden picture of the same doll in different views!  All of my dolls are created with love, just for you!
