Hester, a woman of the Victorian/Edwardian era, with attitude! Dressed in a visiting outfit, she sets out with her parasol in hand in case of sun that could destroy her lovely complexion. Hester has always taken care of herself and has aged beautifully. |

Grams
is our first resident! She
is out in the garden catching some
rays and enjoying the flowers. She
is dressed in her prettiest
flannel nightie complete with
slippers,
and silk
ribbon bows. All one piece
from head to toes, Grams has gently
posable arms. Permanently in
a sitting position, she is adorable
in a rocking chair, or easy chair.
Place a cushion under her feet
if your chair is too high for her.

Gladys is a cleaning lady beyond compare. Dressed in her neat dress apron and sweater, dustcloth in onehand, mop in the other, Gladys is noted for her ability to do several chores at once. Her boots are porcelain with lacings, a dishcloth over her shoulder. Gladys is better than the world famous M Maids..... Gladys received her name from a dear friend of mine from Canada, Corwin Cherwonka. Corwin stated that this doll just "looked like a Glady should look." |

Mavis is a contemporary lady of maturity. Mavis is fully porcelain head to toe in a sitting position with gently posed arms. Under her adorable cherry printed jacket is a matching dress. A pale cream petticoat and undies is under the dress. Her shoes are painted procelain with decorations. Rings, earrings, necklace and bracklet are included. Avis looks adorable on a couch, a chair, a rocking chair or outdoor chair.

Ethel is such a neat contemporary lady wearing a skirt and blouse with matching shoes, with a warm fluffy jacket to keep the drafts away. Perfect for any dollhouse scene or display, Ethel is permanently seated but has gently posable arms. Can you keep a secret? Ethel dyes her hair! She is determined not to be one of those "gray-haired old ladies" she sees at the Center. She is determined to be a youthful as she can!

Oops, it seems we have caught Mildred in the bathroom with her pants down! She has just set her hair, and is checking out her roller placement! Mildred's dress is a crisp coton housedress with a pretty lacy collar. Her hair is a pretty gray/brown mix. She has put her makeup on and is getting ready to leave the house. Her slippers are beige suede with leather soles. Mirror not included.
