All Dolls
The dolls
on this page are made of porcelain. Men are
approximately 6" tall
and women are from 5" to 5 3/4" inches tall. Their costumes
range from high-quality silks and satins to
simple linens or cottons. Some have faux or real fur trim.
Metallic trims are
made of gold or silver - fabric or metal.
Some
dolls have silver or gold jewelry fired on. All of the dolls
are china painted
and have spent many hours of firing time in
the kiln.Each original figure has hand-china painted
expressive features and authentic apparel - especially researched
and documented.
If you would like your own custom
doll, just send me an email requesting one, giving
me specifics of hair, eye and costume and trim colors.
